The pursuit of high-quality education has been a fundamental goal for educators, policymakers, and societies alike. In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the crucial role played by innovative leadership in fostering improvements in educational institutions. This research delves into the significance of innovative leadership factors and their impact on the quality of education at SDN Sudimara 13 in Tangerang City.

The study adopts a descriptive qualitative research approach, seeking to gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject through various data collection methods. The primary data collection methods utilized in this study include interviews, observations, and a thorough review of relevant literature. By employing these methods, the researchers aim to explore information from diverse sources within the school environment.

To address the research question effectively, the researchers conducted both pre-research and in-depth research stages. The pre-research phase allowed them to lay the groundwork for their study, identifying key areas of focus and potential avenues for investigation. In the subsequent in-depth research stage, the researchers employed a structured interview method to gather valuable data and insights.
