Erna is actively involved in teaching and serves as a Resource Person for the Integrated Entrepreneurship Program Training in DKI Jakarta from 2017 to 2019. Erna serves as a speaker for the Department of Education in DKI Jakarta since 2015, and she acts as a judge in various competitions, including the PAUD (Early Childhood Education) Cluster Competition at the DKI Jakarta level and other competitions from 2015 to 2020. Furthermore, she actively participates in various community service programs. She has been a facilitator and distributor of the Subsidized Food Program in DKI Jakarta from 2015 to 2020. Erna has made significant contributions, such as being involved in building the first RPTRA (Integrated Child-friendly Public Space) in Central Jakarta in 2015 and establishing BKB PAUD in Kupat Kumis from 2009 to 2015. She also mentors and supports PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) cadres participating in competitions at the Provincial level in DKI Jakarta from 2005 to 2020. Additionally, Erna is engaged in supervising, monitoring, and evaluating the activities of the 10 Basic PKK Programs in neighborhoods from 2003 to 2015.


Erna has participated in various training programs, including technical guidance for the Certification Institute of Educational Administrators and Managers, accredited journal writing training, Online Journal System training, and various Training of Trainers (TOT) programs. Among the TOT programs, she attended the TOT Carik Jakarta conducted by TP PKK DKI Jakarta, TOT TPK3PKK/LPK3PKK/DAMAS by TP PKK Pusat, TOT Development of TPK3PKK materials by TP PKK Pusat, and TOT Implementation of the 10 Basic PKK Programs in RPTRA by TP PKK DKI Jakarta.
